Our team is getting an abundance of live buyer and seller connection calls in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

We're looking to partner with a highly motivated and competent agent that can take 5-10 new clients per month.

Our systems and processes allow you to GET THE MOST out of your real estate career. From an in house call center, to world class operations team, we make it possible to THRIVE in the Brainerd Lakes Real Estate Market.

As part of our team, our agents will be set up for a level of success not seen by most individual real estate agents. Fully launch and get into higher production within weeks.

Commission Only. In our program, as an experienced agent, you can more than $250,000- a year and a new agent can make SIX FIGURES their first year!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
